Design Features:

The crust and the tube plate of the hydrocyclone are all made of 304 stainless steel, the cone is made by the wear-resistant engineering plastic;

The sealing of the entire system using only three O-ring, quick-opening doors and quick-replacement flow tube plates are connected with hinges. The system work simply through shut-up of the front door, without any tools and equipments;

The hygienic-class pipeline valve,the system runs fully closed, CIP easy cleaning、the bacterium is not easy to grow;

The manual operation points are few, the working pressure is stable, can realize the PLC centralized control;
